Welcome to TipaToken. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. By creating an account and using the platform, you are accepting these terms in full.

1. Description of Service

TipaToken provides a non-custodial, peer-to-peer interface that allows creators to display their profile and receive cryptocurrency tips directly from their supporters. We provide the software interface; we do not host wallets, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in any financial transactions.

2. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you post on your TipaToken page (including text, links, and images). You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

TipaToken reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or restrict access to any content or account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"We are not liable for weird things." TipaToken is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • Cryptocurrency Volatility & Risk: We are not responsible for the volatility, loss of value, or network issues related to any cryptocurrencies. You use Web3 wallets at your own risk.
  • Peer-to-Peer Transactions: All tips are peer-to-peer. We do not have the ability to reverse, refund, or recover any transactions sent to incorrect addresses.
  • User Interactions: We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties. You release us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TipaToken and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via your Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
