  • Blockchain Data: includes public wallet addresses used to receive or send tips on our platform.
  • Profile Data: includes your bio, social media links, and profile picture.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • To register you as a new creator.
  • To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
  • To enable the core functionality of TipaToken: displaying your profile and facilitating peer-to-peer crypto transactions.

3. Data Deletion and Retention

We believe in your absolute right to control your data. If you choose to delete your account through the Platform Settings, we will permanently clear and delete all your personal data (Identity, Contact, and Profile data) from our active databases.

Please note that we cannot delete data that has been recorded on public blockchains. Transaction history involving your wallet address will remain publicly visible on the respective blockchain networks, as this is the nature of decentralized technology.

To delete your account, log in, navigate to Settings, and click "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone. This action is irreversible.
